Episode 5: Active Planning

In this episode, Rachel introduces “active planning,” a final component of her own annual reflective practices. Active planning goes beyond simple setting of goals and intentions, and asks practicers to take immediate actions to test their plans. The active planning technique builds on other practices, such as MAP time and annual check-in, and gives that gentle nudge to move forward. Rachel provides guidance for the practices and prompts to support the active planning component of this writing journey; these prompts are included in this worksheet. Rachel closes the episode with a challenge and request.
